Before we even meet, I'll gather some information from you so we can best utilize our time together! During your consultation, we'll discuss your current health needs and your fitness and wellness goals, and then I'll coach you through a series of fundamental exercises and stretches so I can observe your movement patterns and begin to assess your current fitness.
After this session, I'll know more about your strengths and weaknesses and what's best for YOU and YOUR goals. After your consultation, I'll have what I need to get you started and on your way to getting results like these!
Your 1-hour consultation is $75.**
**If you then decide to purchase a private personal training package, your $75 consultation fee will be credited toward your first package!
