How it Works
Choose a team - play for TEAM GREG or TEAM LAURA!
Earn points for your team when you complete your daily HABITS!
At the end of the game, the team with the most points wins!
The 5 HabitsEach game's requirements are slightly different but it will most often be a combination of the following:
EXERCISE
Earn 10 points each day for doing your workout! You can do our workouts or do your own! 100% your choice.
NUTRITION
Earn 10 points each day for complying with the nutrition requirements! The nutrition habit will always work for all eating philosophies, from vegan to keto to whole foods, and will vary with each game!
WATER
Earn 10 points each day for drinking half your bodyweight
in ounces!
TRASH TALK
Earn 10 points each day for talking trash in the community forum! (This is sassy talk for checking in!) Accountability is key, so posting and commenting in the community earns you points! Even better, humor is encouraged because laughter is good for you - that's where the 'trash talk' comes in!

Earn 10 points each day for practicing an extra
FREE HABIT of your choice!
It can be anything you want to start or stop doing!
