- You'll be added to our Text Group where I share what equipment you need and anything you need to know about your next workout!
- You work out from the comfort of your own home! You can keep your camera on or off, you can mute or not. We're a fun bunch, and we respect whatever you need!
- We do two workouts together each and every week! AND, each 8-Week Cycle is periodized as follows:
* Each cycle begins with (3) weeks of STRENGTH TRAINING.
* Then, we do (2) weeks of increased intensity by adding cardio bursts to our strength workouts.
* Next, we do (2) weeks of HiiT Cardio.
* Finally, we enjoy (1) DE-LOAD week with workouts that dial the intensity way down and focus on mobility, flexibility, and creative movement flows!
- In every workout, alternative exercises are offered to make something easier or harder, so the workouts adjust to your needs!
- As a member, you'll also get access to our library of over 75 full workout recordings so you can do additional workouts each week or do one if you have to miss a live session!
- Short Video Demos for every exercise to help you learn how to do them with proper form
