The 5 Habits - FREE HABIT


Required: Choose a habit to do each day. (Or not do, as the case may be.) Do your FREE HABIT - report your score and earn 10 points!

This category allows you to focus on a habit that YOU need.


What do you need help with? Getting more sleep? Remembering to take your vitamins? Sticking to firm "office hours?" Finally doing those exercises your physical therapist assigned you? The sky's the limit!

Habits Past Players have Chosen:


“I will stretch every day for 10 minutes." “I will take a walk during my afternoon break every day.” “I will not use foul language.” “I will journal each morning for 10 minutes.” "I will practice guitar for 15 minutes every day." "I will floss my teeth every night before bed." "I will turn off all devices an hour before bedtime." "I will not hit snooze and instead get up when my alarm sounds."

* If your habit overlaps with another category, it must be in addition to the requirements of that category.
AN EXAMPLE: If your habit is to practice pull-ups every day, that practice should not be included in the 30 minutes of exercise; but instead, in addition to it.


Exception:


You may take one day off from exercise per week and still get your points for that day! You mark your day off in the scoring app each week.


Scoring:


SCORING is on THE HONOR SYSTEM.
You report your own scores in the Scoring App, and it’s important that you report honestly. Hold yourself to the same standards to which you’d hold players on opposing teams. If you’re unsure if something you’ve done earns points or penalties, message your coach for help, or ask in the community forum and tag your coach!
