1) on your online WORKOUT LOG, where I can see what you've completed, and adapt your
workouts whenever needed
2) in the MyCoach app, where you check off your habits as you do them!
- Short Video Demos for every exercise to help you learn how to do them with proper form - Periodization, just like athletes do, which means your program cycles from focusing on fundamentals, to ramping up in intensity and difficulty, to going all-out hard, to having de-load recovery weeks, and repeating the cycle all over again! All completely customized to what will be most safe and effective for YOU.
