Without the need to schedule 1-on-1 time with me, you get custom-designed workout programming that takes into consideration your goals, your health concerns, your schedule, and your strengths and weaknesses, all at a wallet-friendly price point.

Coach Laura adjusts current workouts and delivers new workouts as needed


With Remote Coaching PRO, You Get:

  • 2 or 3 custom-designed workouts to do each week

  • Unique workouts designed for you and your goals that adapt as you get stronger!

  • Additional programming with assignments for what to do on the days between workouts!

  • Short Video Demos for every exercise to learn proper form

  • Daily access to your coach in our MyCoach app!

  • Track workouts and other healthy habits in your online WORKOUT LOG, where I can see what you've completed, and adjust your workouts as needed

  • Periodization just like athletes do, which means your workout programming cycles from focusing on fundamentals, to ramping up in intensity and difficulty, to going all-out hard, to having de-load recovery weeks, and then repeating the cycle all over again! All completely customized with exercises that are safe and effective for YOU and your goals!
